About the System
On March 7, 2025, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines’ Office of the University Registrar (OUR), Resource Generation Office (RGO), and Information Communications Technology Office (ICTO) introduced the Academic Records Express Delivery Service (AREDS), a courier delivery system for important university documents. This new service is in collaboration with Wide Wide World Express Corporation (W Express) and seeks to offer students an effective way to receive high-quality services
Transcripts, diplomas, and other academic records can be ordered online using the AREDS system, and students and alumni can have them sent by courier.
AREDS was developed to improve the convenience and efficiency of obtaining academic records, particularly for busy students and alumni who may not be able to physically visit the university to claim their documents.
This service is only available for the Online Document Request System of PUP Sta. Mesa, Manila(Main).

Courier Delivery
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on the location. The final cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your transaction
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–4 working days for NCR (Metro Manila) and 4–6 working days for provincial areas

What if my document is damaged or delayed?
If your document is damaged or delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

2. Is online payment safe?

3. I was charged but didn’t receive confirmation. What should I do?
If the payment was debited but no order confirmation was sent, please reach out to us using your PUP order number. We will check your transaction and help you.
4. Can I pay after receiving the product?
No, you cannot proceed with the transactions for delivery if you cannot process the shipping fee.
